Not keen on sitting in an office or at home in front of a screen? Lets walk and talk or sit and admire the beauty of nature. 

There's something magical about being surrounded by the natural world. According to the American Psychological Association, spending time in nature can benefit cognitive functioning, improve mood, enhance feelings of connectedness, and promote general well-being. 

Nature therapy with Megan

Walking and talking (and sitting) can be great for a plethora of reasons! For some, this may be a much more preferable setting than a quiet office. There are some privacy concerns to consider, which we will talk about together, but many do find this method beneficial to the therapy experience.
