Meet Megan

My name is Megan Luning and I am a mental health counselor licensed in Washington state.

I provide therapy using a variety of therapeutic strategies and approaches personalized to your needs. Together, we will explore and discover what keeps you stuck in the current pattern of your life.

My clients learn about themselves and the world around them in ways that help them feel less confused, stuck, and anxious.

I conduct therapy at my office in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood on Mondays, Nature therapy at certain Seattle parks on Thursdays, and virtual telehealth therapy Tuesday & Wednesday.
